Nuclear Regulatory Commission - Part 52 is the process by which a reactor design can be certified for construction and then multiple sites of the reactor can be constructed without having to recertify the reactor design. This process is especially suited to Molten Salt Reactors as single design can then be built across multiple sites without recertification being required.
